Kevin Avedissian

Kevin Avedissian is a director of photography based in Paris and Marseille, France. He studied cinematography at the ESRA school of cinema in Paris and Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He trained for several years as a camera assistant on feature films and commercials. Since becoming a cinematographer, he is shooting narrative, commercials and music videos. Kevin started doing fashion films for designers like Charlie Le Mindu. The success of these films led him to shoot digital and then TV commercials for prestigious brands such as Cartier, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Boucheron, Margiela, Coperni, Lacoste, Kérastase, Adidas, Hennessy, Zadiv & Voltaire, etc. Kevin's work on short and feature films has also been fulfilling. He recently lensed a short film directed by Malo Welfling starring Léa Seydoux and Louis-Do de Lencquesaing “Une fois dehors”. Ilan Zerrouki's short films “If You Love Her, Let Her Go” and “La Grinta” have won numerous awards. Moreover, Kevin made the image of successful music videos for artists such as La Femme (dir. Ilan Zerrouki), Hoshi & Benjamin Biolay (dir. Abel Danan), Vald & Sofiane (dir. Alleyezonit), Kekra (dir. Ousmane Ly & Adrien Lagier), Louane (dir. Mila Runser), Deen Burbigo (dir. Yagooz), Lulu Van Trapp (dir. Lucie Bourdeu) or Alice et Moi (dir. Emma d’Hoeraene). Kevin speaks French, English and Armenian. Member of Dive+ and l'Union des Chefs Opérateurs.
